Sensational Sun Sets in the Heart of the Viaduct

The apartment is exactly as per the pictures shown on the website. One could hear some foot traffic street noise but we stayed during weekdays, the noise level is manageable. Unsure about weekend as the pub is just directly downstairs. Check in and out were easy with self checkin. Just make sure you have access to your email as the check in instructions as send just before 3 pm on check in day. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the city shops, supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants downstairs. Highly recommended and would definite stay here gain in the future.

The location is unbeatable — right on the waterfront, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and beautiful harbour views. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Auckland — highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Friendly staff, easy communication and lots of small amenities in the apartment like coffee pods, chocolates cooking oil Positive: Perfect place for bars and restaurants - apartment was very clean full kitchen and a washer and dryer which is what I needed after a lot of travelling staff were very friendly. Lockbox was easy to access and clear communication.

Amazing!! We will definitely book this apartment again the next time we are in Auckland. Positive: The apartment was lovely and clean and the size of the apartment was perfect for our small family, lots of sun, location was perfect and the views were amazing. They offer early check in and late check out which was really good for arriving early to Auckland. Would definitely recommend this property. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. We didn’t mind the noise at all.
