A very special place to finish a holiday in New Zealand. Positive: The first thing that we noticed was the exceptional view. The location was ideal for two senior ladies; a short walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. We needed assistance to access the locked key box, the instructions were good but something went wrong. The owner was contacted who phoned us immediately and carefully guided us through the process. The price was a little above our nightly budget but it was worth the little extra for our last two nights of a lovely two weeks in N.Z. No need for a rental car in these last few days. One small problem when you leave cards inside apartment before final lock-up we were not sure how to get to basement for rubbish disposal and get out again. Thanks Roland for a very special end to our holiday. P.S. Its a long time since I slept in a king size bed. Wow!
