Positive: The view and the comfortable apartment. Also the convenience of being near everything in central Auckland.
Negative: It was hot during my stay and couldn't get the apartment to cool down.

Positive: Excellent location with beautiful views. Very nicely appointed kitchen and laundry. Well coordinated with detailed instructions about check-in. Bed was comfy and nice air conditioner.

Great apartment, great location.
Positive: Excellent location. Large, comfortable apartment.
Negative: When you sit in the balcony, you can hear a mechanical sound - possibly from air conditioning units nearby. This bothered me a lot, but not my husband.
