Loved the stay. Great place. Parking across road. Easy to find etc clean and tidy
Positive: Loved the location, the place in a decent size with everything you need. Clean and comfy.
Negative: The noise but this is not a host problem. If you want the location you need to expect noise.
You are above a pub that closes at 4am.
The host pro ides ear plugs and white noise.
I personally didn't mind but some might.

Great location with space to have a comfortable stay
Positive: Great location, facilities, space and the ability to get work done.
Negative: The noise at night is loud from the bars and restaurants below in the harbour.
